Motivation

The right resources, right time, right place: This remains crucial for success in business. Acting faster and more flexible in the field of management capacity can create competitive advantage and is a professional solution to capture new opportunities for profitable growth.

This defines my personal motivation to support companies in the urgent topics of market oriented business leadership and growth topics: Interim | Management | Consulting, IMC Kallweit, was set up to provide suitable solutions in a professional, timely limited and profitable manner.

​

Market oriented business leadership seeks to understand and address individual company, customer and consumer needs. It typically involves market segmentation, suitable strategies and plans leading to operational solutions for sustainable results.

Person

Studies at the Universities in Ingolstadt, Fribourg (Switzerland) and Marburg led to the "Diplom Kaufmann Univ.", with honors (equivalent to BA and MBA in Business). Specialized in General Management, Marketing, Sales, International Management and Organization. 

​

Following the university studies, all areas of competence stated here were "lived, worked, led on" personally and with great passion. That has built over 20 years in line-management and project-leadership experiences up to GM level in well-respected companies. 

​

The responsibilities include national and international assignments in professional environments of market leading companies and organizations, like Procter & Gamble, Duracell, Herbalife International.

 

I worked with mid size companies in different markets as well as in an own investment covering topics of strategic direction as well as operational improvements.

My private life is around family and sport activities.

  • Leadership incl. P&L for business with global accounts (e.g. Metro, Media Saturn, Aldi, Lidl, DIY Bauhaus) as well as the global travel retail unit.

  • Change and Transition Management: Duracell move to Warren Buffets Berkshire Hathaway holding, personally winning global business, managing internal teams, customers, distributors.

  • Additionally: New strategy for discount channel and go-to-market for travel retail segment.
